ABOUT
After studies at the Bordeaux Conservatory (6 first prizes in harmony, counterpoint, saxophone, musical theory, chamber music and deciphering), at the Saint Maur des Fossés Conservatory (harmony, orchestration and conducting) and at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris (3 prizes in harmony, counterpoint and fugue), I composed more than 60 short movies soundtracks, orchestrated music for Pierre Adenot (Beauty and the Beast), orchestrated and conducted music for Guillaume Roussel (It boy, Grace of Monaco, Outcast, La French) and Erwann Kermorvant (The Clearstream affair, Carbone), and arranged musics for Christophe Héral (The Adventures of Tintin, the video game, Rayman Origins, Rayman Legends).
In 2012, the score of L’ Attaque du monstre géant suceur de cerveaux de l’espace received 3 Jerry Goldsmith Awards (best composer, best music in short-live action and best song). In 2016, To Build a fire won the best short movie score at Fimucité as did Rebirth three years later in that same festival. In 2018, A Song for the Whales is designated as best short movie score by the French Film Music Composers Union (UCMF), as well as Blind eye and Royal Madness in 2020.
Over the years I recorded and conducted the London Symphony Orchestra, the Philharmonia Orchestra, the Paris Symphonic Orchestra, the Paris Scoring Orchestra and the Star Pop Orchestra but also smaller bands for intimate musics.
